Emeril’s Crème Brûlée
If you ever go to Emeril’s Atlanta, make sure that you get the bourbon vanilla bean crème brûlée for dessert. It is 1 of the best—if not the absolute best—crème brûlée I have ever had. It is the epitome of crème brûlée: thick and creamy custard with a hint of vanilla and perfectly caramelized sugar on top. Yum. So tasty.
