Minnestalgia Jam

When my dad went to the COPA Migration in Duluth, Minnesota this past summer, he brought back some Minnestalgia blueberry jam. It is absolutely fabulous: sweet and a little tart with loads of whole blueberries in it. The jam is a little runnier than other jams i’ve had, but that certainly doesn’t affect its wonderful flavour. I particularly enjoy the jam with cream cheese on a whole wheat bagel.
